We used Andrew Granger after a previous agent failed to sell our property having marketed it for 16 weeks : The last eight weeks we didn't have a single viewing. The difference was evident from the start when Andrew Granger seemed to actually know the area where we live and quoted properties they had sold recently. They worked with us to produce fresh and inviting particulars (using the photos the previous agent had persuaded me to spend £499 on and photos my husband took of our garden). Within a week we had our first viewing and then they came thick and fast, There was always feedback, I never had to chase it as I had previously.We accepted an offer within the month that was only 2% below the asking price. Since then they have kept me up to date with how things are going and last week we exchanged contracts and we move next week. Everyone I have spoken with in the branch has been professional and polite, they know the market, give great advice and support and cost less than the other agents I had approached. We have also bought a property with Andrew Granger in Market Harborough and they have been equally impressive. All round an excellent service provided by very nice people.
