These agents took over from the original agent (Jackie Craig) and were left to manage the leasing of our house in Thames Ditton, for their first 2 years all seemed to go okay, for the next period of 3 years we were unable to return to visit our house (we were in Thailand). What agent could do to change your mind?
This agent could have shown some degree of remorse for their bad management and our loss of personal items and offered us some financial compensation - they still act as though this whole episode was just an unfortunate occurrence, which they seem to have detached themselves from.
