Unresponsive, thoughtless and dismissive. Richard is bone idle. The heating / hot water was broken in the rental property managed by Aldous Craig. This agent could have shown some degree of remorse for their bad management and our loss of personal items and offered us some financial compensation - they still act as though this whole episode was just an unfortunate occurrence, which they seem to have detached themselves from.
