I have used this agent a few times in the past and they have been good, but they have lost their way lately. What agent could do to change your mind?
The best thing that Abode could do to help renters in the London market is to go out of business.

This agency is only after making as much money as possible with many unreasonable charges. Watch out the fees and inventory check, i.e. one of the many things: to rent a completely run down and never taken care of place they asked me to pay quite a lot of money, which their report says everything ... What agent could do to change your mind?
unreasonable fees, no service. but forcing to renew contracts double charging tenant and landlord for the fees as high as £120 just for the tenant!!
