The moment i walked in and was pleasantly greeted by Toyah and Fabian, i felt i was making the right choice. From the point of valuation the information and assisted Fabian gave me blow my mind.
As a first time seller, he really helped and pretty much held my hand from point of offer to exchange, and even helped me negotiate my onwards purchase and done the conveyancing.
Both are great assets, and albeit im happy to move, sad to part with the both of them. Always made the time or found the time to help and done a better job dealing with the council and my management company when there seemed no light.
Wish them all the luck!
Definitely recommend these two and already have.

Perfect - from beginning to end and couldn't have asked for a better service. Fabian Jones really knows his stuff and was an absolute star, so too was Guy Davis. We knew we were in very capable hands and didn't need to instruct any other agent for the sale. They did an excellent job with the initial marketing and an offer was negotiated very quickly. They were then really helpful in helping the transaction to move along and progress to completion. They were both highly professional and extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. Full marks.
