We have just bought a house via this agent. I am thoroughly disappointed in particular with their attitude towards us as the buyers. When there were problems highlighted in the survey they spoke to me as though it were my fault. They were so unhelpful and I could practically hear them shrugging down the phone when we discovered that although they had signed the keys over to us, the previous owner had not moved out. Would not recommend using them and will certainly avoid in the future.
