I really cannot put into words how unprofessional this company is. How they are still trading in the estate agency world is beyond me. I was wanted to sell my property and was lured by DB Roberts and their low marketing prices, but i can tell you now you certainly get what you pay for. I had my property on the market with them for several months and had 1 viewing the whole time and received no feedback. I tried to call the agents many times and go fobbed off everytime i called. I called one last time to express my disatisfaction and got an extremely rude woman talking down to me advising me I'd already received my feedback from my viewing which i replied I had never received feedback. This extremely rude woman accused me of being a liar and this lead to her putting the phone down on me. Absolutely disgusting treatment and I have now reported them to trading standards as frankly this company should not be trading at all.

We asked 3 agents to view the property we were selling. Of the 3, D B Roberts valued it at £10K more than the other 2 and their fees were £1,325 and £1,825 respectively + VAT less than the other 2.
