We asked 3 agents to view the property we were selling. Of the 3, D B Roberts valued it at £10K more than the other 2 and their fees were £1,325 and £1,825 respectively + VAT less than the other 2. (OK they were doing a special offer !). We had several viewings, all seemed genuine buyers and after 7 weeks and a couple of unacceptable offers we had an offer of the asking price (which, remember, was £10K more than the other 2 had suggested). The staff (Jodie and Jamie) kept in contact with me throughout and kept me informed as to progress. The sale was completed in 10 weeks which was a bit longer than I had hoped but that wasn't the agents fault. All in all - good job !

I really cannot put into words how unprofessional this company is. How they are still trading in the estate agency world is beyond me.
