Awful! Poor service given to both buyers and sellers. Bad communication and lack of feedback. Office is only open for a few hours on the weekend, useless when trying to arrange viewings or negotiate offers. They were also closed on a bank holiday when others were open, prime time for viewings surely! We work long hours during the week (as do many others) so the weekend is our only free time. Staff seemed disinterested and unorganised. Worst estate agent we've come across - and we've used many!
