Hands down the best letting agency I have used in over ten years across 6 different properties. I have been in my property managed by Royal Docks Property Services for a year now and have just renewed my agreement for another 12 months and it has been the most stress free, professional service right through from initial contact 12 months ago to the present. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy which after previous experiences with other agencies is a surprise and very appreciated.

I lived in 2 properties with Royal Docks and overall they are a very good estate agent. Royal Docks have one of the most reasonable fees in this area / whole of London. This is from our experience as both a tenant and then as a buyer in Docklands - via them.

Would not recommend this agent, found them to be disorganised and it appeared to be the case that my designated manager was not qualified to do the job, industry knowledge was very poor. I was planning to buy a BTL property listed with them and they keep promise the rental yields will be this high and they would back this up by saying i just letted something like this 1 week ago with this amount...
