Property details: Flat 2, 99 Star Street, London W2 1QF • During October 2008 I found an apartment available to rent in findproperty website in Star Street under Adam Smith Residential, I phoned them and arranged an appointment to view the apartment. • Two men came to meet me from Adam Smith Residential office, Stephan Daniel and Salvatore Di Bernardo. • They told me the one I saw in the internet was taken by someone else and they have another one in the same street which is 1st floor flat 99 Star Street. • They opened the door and they showed me the flat and I arranged another appointment during the same day to bring my wife to see it and we did. • During viewing the apartment I request some work to be done in the apartment and Mr Daniel was calling a lady during that time and speaking to her in their language to transfer to her what I requested, he was calling the lady by her nickname (Moshe). Later on and I discovered that Moshe is Berlanty Yousif a letting negotiator From Daker Estates. • I met Berlanty Yousif before paying one year rent and I signed the original tenancy agreement in Adam Smith Residential office. • Mr Daniel took the original tenancy agreement and he told me that, when it signed by the land lord I can have a copy. • Later on all my dealing and contacts was with Miss Berlanty. • Miss Berlanty was visiting me from time to time to solve some issues in the apartment and I asked her in front of my wife that if I want to leave the apartment after 6 months only can I take the remaining 6 months payment and she told me that, you can't because you paid one year in advance. In nutshell, I paid 1 year rent in advance to the above mentioned property. After 6 month Miss Berlanty from Daker Estates came and ask for the payment for another 6 month. I told her I paid 1 year in advance to your relative Stephan Daniel in Adam Estates Residential. She told me she got 6 month payment only. I discovered that they changed the contract and faked my signature on it. Thank you and best regards.
