This Estate agent was a nightmare to deal with. I bought a property from them and their hands off approach made the buying the most stressful few months I have ever experienced. There was little or no communication from them through the process, the only time they contact me was to request a desposit to secure the property or threathen me with another buyer. Once the deal finally went through, even though there was a week between Exchange and Completion they failed to remove furniture from the property, so the property was not left with vacant possession. It took 3 days for them to finally remove most of the furniture still leaving me to dispose of white goods, coffee table and other household items. They are irresponsible and unethical and do not act in the best interest of their clients. Use this agent at your peril!

As I buyer luckily I did not pay the agent any fees, if I were the seller of this property I was seriously consider witholding fees for the terrible job they did. Their \"system\" for viewing properites was terrible, I turned up for a viewing and was not able to get in because they did not have the keys or the agent had not arranged it with the tenants for the viewing to take place. Unfortunately for the Seller, the Agent did not achieve the best price for the property due to their lack of professionalism and understanding of the market. Lucky for me I bought the property at an extremely good price.

I have been using Daker Estates for many years for accommodation for my family when visiting London.
