Let the buyer and seller beware, appalling customer service, no feedback provided and as for the complaints procedure - completely dismissive, they obviously don't take complaints seriously.

14 Jul 2013Have 5 current employer refs, inc. Lloyds of London. 21 yrs satisfied Landlord refs. No cred. trouble. Turned down for smallest flat on their 'Homelet' check. £50 wasted, no comeback. Scam? Revenue Stream?

Atrocious communication with both vendor and purchasers, copy and paste e mails rather than telephone calls. Viewers say she is arrogant and rude and does not listen to what they say.
