My mum recently sold and bought a property through Clive Watkin in Bebington. I've got to say that the staff are the most miserable unfriendly and unhelpful staff I have ever come across I don't know how they actually sell one house . My parents are both elder people and the person who was buying there house had told the staff that he was in no rush to get into the property and advised the Staff at clive Watkin to reiterate this to my parents which they never did. They where to busy trying to get the commission from the property's to actually give a damn that my parents where 75 and 80 years of age. I went to pick up the keys and hand over my parents and At no point did they wish my parents well. They must be the worst company I have ever dealt with and surprised that they actually ever get any business. Never again would we use this company. The staff need to learn to smile and show a little bit more interest and understanding to what is probably one of the most stressful things in life (moving house). I am appalled about the service that this company gave my parents.
