I can't advise anyone enough to never deal with Loft Lets. The maintenance and general building management is non existent. putting a holding deposit down means nothing to loft lets they will still carry on showing the property and wont stop showing it until you push them out because even once contracts are signed and your in the house they will carry on showing it, they deal like a middle eastern company.
