Sky high fees , blamed the land lord for a shockingly high deposit , could even be bother to turn up to show us round the property !! got the tenants to do it , how lame is that ??!! £350+ fees for doing sod all ! Would steer well clear of this shower .

Beacon Lee and Ward are awful. Jonathon -- the manager -- his only reply is to stall or do nothing, he treats the tenants as if they are peasants and he is the lord and you are lucky to have a roof over your head. These agents have no regard for tenants. I had a problem with mould in the house I was renting, I was blamed, despite notifying the landlord and being told just to clean it with bleach.
