I was exceptionally pleased with Beacon Lee and Ward. They achieved in less than a week what another rival agency firm had failed to achieve in two months. I wish i had used her earlier Highly recommend

Beacon Lee and Ward are awful. Jonathon -- the manager -- his only reply is to stall or do nothing, he treats the tenants as if they are peasants and he is the lord and you are lucky to have a roof over your head. These agents have no regard for tenants. I had a problem with mould in the house I was renting, I was blamed, despite notifying the landlord and being told just to clean it with bleach.
