I have nothing but praise for TJS Property People. I met with a couple of agents to value the property and discuss their terms; Tricia impressed me with her attitude and personalised service. The fees were also very reasonable. The particulars of sale were produced quickly and to a good standard, and it appeared on the property websites within a few days. Within a little over a week of putting the property on the market they had found me a buyer. As I no longer live in the local area I needed someone that could take care of everything for me without me needing to be there in person, and to be easy to contact and respond quickly. TJS fully met these expectations, and they were very good about respecting my preference to use email for contact - I've found that many estate agents prefer to always use the telephone. In summary I'd recommend TJS to anyone looking to sell a local property.

Very poor service from a very rude ignorant woman. We went to view a TJS property as prospective landlords. The property already had TJS tennants in it. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
