I met with a couple of agents to value the property and discuss their terms; Tricia impressed me with her attitude and personalised service. The fees were also very reasonable. The particulars of sale were produced quickly and to a good standard, and it appeared on the property websites within a few days. Within a little over a week of putting the property on the market they had found me a buyer.

Paul on 25th Apr 20132 Star Review Very poor service from a very rude ignorant woman. We went to view a TJS property as prospective landlords. The property already had TJS tennants in it. It was a total dump - a complete contrast to the beautiful house we had seen photographed on Rightmove. What was funny was that Tricia had told us that all TJS lettings had perfect tenants which had to pass their strict screening techniques - what a load of baloney!! The house looked like a bomb site , the kitchen and bathroom were filthy - the tenants stunk and couldn't speak a word of English. When Tricia rang up later in the day to find out how the viewing went, I started to tell her and she hung up ! The cheek of the woman - I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole .

As I no longer live in the local area I needed someone that could take care of everything for me without me needing to be there in person, and to be easy to contact and respond quickly. TJS fully met these expectations, and they were very good about respecting my preference to use email for contact - I've found that many estate agents prefer to always use the telephone.
In summary I'd recommend TJS to anyone looking to sell a local property.
