I had a terrible experience with this people. They are Rude, unethical, "*", money minded and have no moralities. "*" had no values at all. my case is as follows, I am a resident a London. I had purchased a business in Keighley and so would like to move from London to Cleckheaton or Gomersal. I was searching for the property online and also on the streets. In the process, I came across Roberwatts website. By seeing the history and reputation of the company, I immediately hooked on to it and started browsing for properties. I came across few good properties and called for viewing appointment. I had been given an appointment on Thursday 2.45PM and 3PM. I travelled all the way from London and on time, I visited the property and liked one of them. So, I took the form immediately and informed the executive that I will update her after consulting with My wife. The next day morning I called them and said that I liked the property at “Howley Close, Gomersal Cleckheaton, BD19”. I also said that I would like to pay the deposit over the phone. They said that without receiving the complete form the cannot process the fee. I agreed and as I am traveling back to London, I handed the application form to my colleague and asked him to handover it in the office. I don't want to miss the property and so I took so much pain and my colleague also traveled all the way to their office to handover the forms. I received a call from the office when I was driving back to London asking for more details. I had given all the information required by them. Finally they said that they need two years accounts or a guarantor to process my application. So I requested back that as I am traveling to LONDON, I will update them after discussing with my accountant on Monday morning for which they agreed. On Saturday, I spoke to my friend regarding the guarantor and he agreed that he will give me the same. So, Monday morning around 10.30AM I called back the office to update about the guarantor and to my utter dismay, the officer replied that the property has been given to someone else. I was surprised and shocked to the core. The same officer who accepted or asked on Friday to get back to me with the update on Monday accepted another new application without even remembering that she asked me to get back on Monday. I submitted my application on Friday. I had a long discussion on phone regarding the application and the officer told me to get the second year accounts or a guarantor by Monday. That means undoubtedly, I had been given time till Monday and my application has not been closed. So, the officer has moral responsibility and accountability to call me before accepting the new application. I made a complaint to the office and they not even bothered.
