If you want an estate agents that; does not answer important emails, speak to you extremely rudely on the phone, do not answer the phones an hour after the supposed opening hours, chastises you for being on holiday and the grass being longer than usual then look no further. We had so few issues with the actual property when renting through Robert Watts, however when we eventually encountered a problem emails were ignored for months and when we tried to get an answer through the phone we were told to put it in an email. We were told we could attend the final house inspection to make sure it was satisfactory to us. Upon arriving I was told it would take hours and they are not allowed to discuss anything with me. Why let us attend? Calling Robert Watts is a challenge in itself. You do not know who you’re going to get and 90% of the time you get somebody extremely rude and condescending on the other end. All the staff seem to be reading from the same sheet ‘Alex will have to deal with that.’ I think more staff member need to be trained to do Alex’s job role. I’d personally avoid at all costs.
