Bad company don't go there, they are nothing but time wasters and is misleading and doesn't do what they promised to do. They are a bunch of scammers who steal rent deposit money.

Either wholly incompetent or shamelessly negligent. Operations of this kind should be illegal, they allow good people to become trapped in exploitative relationships. Safe lettings definitely more like scam lettings , do not manage your property and produce fake invoice to both landlord and tenant for work they say have been carried out but in fact no work ever takes place, will rinse you for every penny.
