This company is very unprofessional and a waste of time they contact people when it suits them veiwed a house for me and both my kids was told that the property would be taking off the market if I paid deposit I agreed to pay deposit on the Monday morning which I was told was absolute fine assuming the property would be mine they also told me that they still had viewings on the Monday but not to worry that the house would be mine and they just had to follow procedures I paid my deposit like agreed on the Monday morning to then be told that checks will be carried out and they will get back to me (after stating the property was mine) me and my kids where so excited to thinking we had this property to be told on the Tuesday that I was in fact unsuccessful for the property I felt completely let down from this comanpy however I know this company did not in fact carry out any checks on me what so ever they have in fact just wasted my time also took a 600 deposit off me before they Evan carried out checks which I feel is very unprofessional but as I said didn't Evan carry out any checks in the first place!! I feel as if the company is upto not good so good luck on any 1 who views a property and gets told it's there because it's complete lies I wouldn't put it past this company if they are taking loads of deposits off ppl to bump up their interest from the bank and then returning them I think iam just lucky that mines was returned considering the rest of the reviews absolute apauling

Either wholly incompetent or shamelessly negligent. Operations of this kind should be illegal, they allow good people to become trapped in exploitative relationships. Safe lettings definitely more like scam lettings , do not manage your property and produce fake invoice to both landlord and tenant for work they say have been carried out but in fact no work ever takes place, will rinse you for every penny.
