This letting company should be avoided AT ALL COSTS!!!!. What they do is sit on your deposit for as long as possible (whilst actively seeking other tenants) and in the meantime they fob you off with (we are still waiting to hear back from the landlord on a decision) course in the meantime you cant look for anywhere else as they have your money (to put it bluntly they got you by the gonads, which of course is perfect for them)!...... They then collect as many deposits as possible (including with £50 credit check which is non refundable by the way!) then select what seems to be a tenant out of a hat day! Your then let down after at least 3 weeks and to top it all off they refund your deposit by cheque, when you have paid by cash! So tell me Parkers in totton?.... What happens when you need that money back instantly to put on another property you may of found? Let me guess? "Our customer service policy is we don't give a flying **** about you now so you'll have to wait 5 working days for the cheque to clear"!! To be honest i have heard very bad things about this agent and i wished i listen to them now. I am writing this so other people don't go though what i have!!

16 Jun 2014'Mrs I've been cheated' should also be avoided at all costs by potential landlords as she has a hidden adverse credit history, which she attempted to hide from Parkers Lettings. As Totton's longest established letting agent we have a duty of care to our landlord clients, and quite simply, Miss "*", you failed our rigorous selection process. However, as a gesture of good faith we agreed to refund all but our costs to you which we did promptly by cheque. Note: If you try to deceive other agents, the same will happen. However very, very few will refund anything at all to you.

5 Feb 2015Richard Parker is the most rudest man in this industry if you wanted to be trust badly well see him. I feel so let down by this man its a wonder how he keeps in business. However I keep my Faith in knowing he cannot and will not be able to continue to treat people the way he does. Enjoy will you can Mr RICHARD Steven Parker.

16 Jun 2016Funny that exact same thing happened to me with Richard he also hung up on me during phonecalls when I still had more I wanted to raise. Always promised to get back to me regarding my query and never did. So glad I no longer have any ties with parkers. The only good person in the office is kelly. Stay well clear

Richard Parker is the most arrogant man in the world!!
