Do not trust these people. When they say that the property that you have looked at is yours and you want to make a payment on it but cant as there is no one in the office. So I stated that we would have the property and that we wanted to secure it there and then and told to be at the office for 9.15am Tuesday morning which we where only to be told someone else has taken the property. We were also informed that the office was closed Sunday & Monday. Apparently someone went in on Sunday and took it off the market. They are a bunch of liars which cannot be trusted.

7 May 2019You were too late, I'm aftaid, pure and simple. It has to be first-come, first-served in this business. You were aware other clients were interested and unfortunately someone beat you to it. I appreciate you may be disappointed, but it doesn't make us 'liers' (SIC). We had agreed to make you a priority client this morning, if you remember, however I wouldn't now hold your breath.

7 May 2019We actually were the first as we wanted to make payment on the Saturday but was told we couldn’t as no one was I. The office. So no I do not agree with that comment of first come first served as we were the 1st.

Richard Parker is the most arrogant man in the world!! This letting company should be avoided AT ALL COSTS!!!!. What they do is sit on your deposit for as long as possible (whilst actively seeking other tenants) and in the meantime they fob you off with (we are still waiting to hear back from the landlord on a decision) course in the meantime you cant ...
