In the first instance when Duncan came to see us he was very nice and gave us all the spiel of the agency encouraging us to advertise our house with them. Unfortunately he valued it too high, we lowered the price twice but to no avail we had about 8 viewings all together, no offers what so ever, we had to keep ringing the agency for feedback all the time also the agency failed to respond to our calls when asked to ring us back We were left very disappointed also had to lose a bungalow that we really would have liked .
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have set a more realistic valuation also responded to our calls when asked .

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have set a more realistic valuation also responded to our calls when asked .
