In the first instance when Duncan came to see us he was very nice and gave us all the spiel of the agency encouraging us to advertise our house with them. Unfortunately he valued it too high, we lowered the price twice but to no avail we had about 8 viewings all together, no offers what so ever, we ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have set a more realistic valuation also responded to our calls when asked .

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
