What a revelation! Actually dealing with a letting agent that seems to really care! From the outset Ashmore & Co went above and beyond what one would expect. Finding and moving to a new property can be so stressful, but with the help of Ryan and the rest of the team most of the stress was taken away.The rapport that Ryan has with both tenants and Landlords is second to none. Every part of the process was smooth and effortless and Ashmores communicated with both ourselves and the Landlord at every stage. Having dealt with other letting agents in the past I was dreading the move, however I need not have worried. I would reccomend Ashmore& Co to both tenants and Landlords alike, they have put my faith back in letting agents!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
