Used these guys to try to sell my flat in 2009. Looking at the reviews you would think they are good. Actually I thought they were pretty poor. Completely passive and inactive once we had actually signed their contract.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I probably could have looked past the lateness (these things happen, I know) if he hadn\'t been so defensive and unpleasant on the phone, and instead of delivering a series of childish non-apologies and apparently getting annoyed with me for being concerned, had taken responsibility and offered reassurances straight away. Also perhaps if he had called me to let me know what was going on, rather than sending a text with no detail so I had to ring him back.
