I live in a property managed by PJ Morgan. They are very professional, helpful and friendly. Although we have had our fair share of problems at the property, PJ Morgan has always ensured issues were solved in a timely manner.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I probably could have looked past the lateness (these things happen, I know) if he hadn\'t been so defensive and unpleasant on the phone, and instead of delivering a series of childish non-apologies and apparently getting annoyed with me for being concerned, had taken responsibility and offered reassurances straight away. Also perhaps if he had called me to let me know what was going on, rather than sending a text with no detail so I had to ring him back.
