I have rented a property through Martin Co at Welwyn Graden city Branch in 2013 .when I gave them two months notice to leave early, they did not accept my notice and manipulated their system unprofessional way and refused my two months notice. staff do not check their emails and putting all their faults on customer. charged unreasonable charges for cleaning and early termination. they are not ready to listen customers. This is one of the worst letting agencies ever seen. This was causing me very stress full situation. If you rent or do business with Welwyn Garden Martin Co letting agency please be causes and discuss everything upfront before rob your hard earning money. Also they do not provide any thing after sign your agreement. Make sure get all the stuff before sign the agreement. as full managed letting agent agreed to provide curtain and repairs but until leave the property did not provide any curtain also property given to us without proper cleaning when I asked in first day told me to return the property in same condition and but end of the contract charged for cleaning.

refund unreasonable charges or clarify their mistakes and apologies
