We had a viewing set up for Wednesday morning after the bank holiday and we live in London and are planning to move to Hertford, Hertfordshire. We took the day off work and were on route to view at 9.30am, the agent John called to confirm at the same time. Our viewing was for 10.30am but we went to get a coffee and check out the town. At 10.20am the agent calls and says he can not find the key to the flat we were viewing and asked US to go and knock on the door of the premise and see if anyone was in. It was utterly ridiculous and he barely apologised just wanted to get us off the phone and on with his day. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! After reading the reviews here I see why we had such ridiculous treatment.

16 Jan 2013We had an appointment booked in with the prospective tenants i was waiting outside the property , it was arranged and confirmed by the landlord that they would meet us at the property as they wanted to meet the new tenants the landlord never turned up to the viewing on time and they had the keys in order for us to gain access. We called the tenants we had an appointment with and informed them that the landlord had issues getting to the property and that he was going to be 1 hour late , i informed the people and asked if they could wait around or would like me to reschedule the appointment. They did not want to wait around. i offered to book in another time and they did not want to see it. we always look after our customers and try to give great satisfaction to all our clients. If you read our website , there are a lots of tenants that are very happy with our service and would highly recommend us to future tenants.
