I would reccommend and give the team 5 out of 5. They were so helpful with the purchase of my house and I will definitaly use them again in the future. I also used Christine for my mortgage and was very happy with the service.

Beresford Adams are the worst estate agents I have ever used. They valued the property at £140,000 even though the average for similar properties in the area was less than £120,000. I put my property on the market with beresford Adams flint and it was sold within 4 weeks for just below my asking price. The girls in the office were fantastic throughout the whole process.
