When purchasing the property Charlotte and the team in Flint Beresford Adams made the process really easy and were very helpfull. If ever I had a question about the property that I was purchasing they were always very informative. I would use them again and recommend them.

Beresford Adams are the worst estate agents I have ever used. They valued the property at £140,000 even though the average for similar properties in the area was less than £120,000. I put my property on the market with beresford Adams flint and it was sold within 4 weeks for just below my asking price. The girls in the office were fantastic throughout the whole process.
