Sold our 3 bed semi through this agent. They were pushy & tried to persuade us to accept low offers. One particular member of senior staff was very difficult to get hold of unless he thought his commission might be in jeopardy. Poor communication, unreturned calls etc especially during survey stage & seemed to get far too involved in proceedings /negotiations that should have gone through solicitors & I felt this could have put sale in jeopardy as our buyer was communicating through agent & messages were not being passed on. Very unhappy with this agent, very unprofessional although have to say a couple of the negotiators were very helpful/polite, just not the one in charge! Would not recommend, only seemed interested in quick sale. The agent we bought our next property from were like a breath of fresh air compared to this team.
