McConnell's act as letting agents for student accommodation. Having taken money upfront for this, they lose paperwork and say they haven't received it. Even when absolute proof is provided to them that they have it, they don't take action. They blame the students. They promise to return phone calls ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Having made mistakes they should have been far more proactive in sorting them out and keeping their customers informed. Their own manager said that she thought they were providing poor service - but the problems are continuing.

Sold our 3 bed semi through this agent. They were pushy & tried to persuade us to accept low offers. One particular member of senior staff was very difficult to get hold of unless he thought his commission might be in jeopardy. Poor communication, unreturned calls etc especially during survey ...
