I went to buy a property from them and they were very pushy and aggressive. Our son fell ill and was admitted to hospital fora couple weeks so everything came to a stand still and they showed us they did not appreciate the hold up.then they threaten us to use their solicitors instead of our own to speed things up so we felt forced to so we did.then while our solicitors asked them questions about the property as there were many faults all we were doin was waiting for a reply for the questions to be answered and then they tell us they have another buyer so we thought fine and left them to it. We lost £350 in solicitors fees thanks to them and no house.

I contacted St Quintin to view a property to rent, they PENCILED ME IN for an appointment at their "earliest convenience" (5 days after enquiry) and said that I would be one of the first to view.
