We rented a property in Taplow through this agent and agreed to a long term let. The Landlady decided to terminate the tenancy, since house prices in Taplow have risen and we were given notice to leave at 9 months. On leaving the property, which we had completely re-decorated as it was so dated and dirty when we moved in, the Landlady who has sold the property subject to contract, is refusing to return the deposit, until the sale has been completed !!! Andrew Milsom lettings are unhelpful and will not return the deposit.

Repeatedly shows potential buyers around a house that the vendor has stipulated is not for sale. This house is still advertised on Rightmove as an available property even though the vendor has turned down offers, not because they weren't high enough but simply because he says he's not ready to sell ...
