Please don't use this agency as they are the reason we lost the house we wanted. We were told they could sell our house in 2/3 weeks and after nearly 3 months and 50-60 viewings we didn't sell and lost the house we had bid for. Please don't use this agency as they are the reason we lost the house we wanted. We were told they could sell our house in 2/3 weeks and after nearly 3 months and 50-60 viewings we didn't sell and lost the house we had bid for. I believe they overpriced our house to sell others arounds it and they never got in contact (other then to book viewings) despite me pushing for them to reduce the price. No care, skill or attention to detail.
