Please don't use this agency as they are the reason we lost the house we wanted. We were told they could sell our house in 2/3 weeks and after nearly 3 months and 50-60 viewings we didn't sell and lost the house we had bid for. I believe they overpriced our house to sell others arounds it and they never got in contact (other then to book viewings) despite me pushing for them to reduce the price. No care, skill or attention to detail. Please reach out if you are thinking of using them as I would be happy to go through the issues in more detail mark.whybrow@yahoo.com

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Conform with the requirements of the Ombudsman Scheme. Yet to be tested of course!
