The first time we contacted this agency was because we were looking to buy a property to develop. They let us look around a house that was going to auction but at the same time we were told by the agent that "it would not be on our shortlist", which seemed a very odd thing to say. We went home and worked out some figures and were interested in taking it further. When we phoned them to ask if they were taking offers, we were told no they were not as it was definitely going to auction to be sold. The next day when we were talking to them about another house, they let slip that the had sold the first property to a private buyer. We do wonder if that is legal as surely, if they have interested parties, they should inform the seller, which they certainly didn't do on our behalf as we were not allowed to put an offer on the table. A few months later we contacted them to view 2 properties which again were going to auction. We sat outside the first property for 15 minutes and then phoned them to see whether they were coming to show us around and were told that the lady would be with us in 2 minutes. 20 minutes later we gave up waiting and went home. We certainly will not be using this agency again.
They need to look at professional Estate Agents and learn from them.

I rang the agent about this property http://www.buryandhilton.co.uk/for-sale?id=BLP00838 I spoke to Denise the manager to point out the errors in the spellings, grammar and punctuation. It is in English, but not as we know it Jim. Denise agreed it needed sorting out and yes she has done it, she ... Read Full Review
Learn some decent English and use it.
