I rang the agent about this property http://www.buryandhilton.co.uk/for-sale?id=BLP00838 I spoke to Denise the manager to point out the errors in the spellings, grammar and punctuation. It is in English, but not as we know it Jim. Denise agreed it needed sorting out and yes she has done it, she has added "ed" to brushed chrome sockets, so at least that is better than "brush chrome sockets." I don't know who Frankie is, perhaps he went to Hollywood not Leek ...... "The sink unit is designed by Frankie by Villeroy and Bosch with a granite drainer. " Lack of attention to detail, lack of knowledge about high end quality fittings, all in all completely amateurish.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Learn some decent English and use it.

The first time we contacted this agency was because we were looking to buy a property to develop.
