We were appointed Fayyaz as our Property Management Coordinator last August when we first let our property in County Durham. Fayyaz has always been very helpful and has always been very courteous in his dealings with us. Even if Fayyaz is not as his desk and we have to leave a message he telephones us straight back to sort out our query. We would have no hesitation in recommending him as a Property Management Consultant should we be asked.

We let our flat through Reeds Rains and there was a loose pipe that needed to be fixed. Angela rang on Thursday to advise us of this, went through the available options and gave good advice.
