This agency treated me extremely badly. On the first night in my property a neighbour screamed and shouted at me, my boyfriend and my mum. This was the landlords husband and she was also the lettings manager for this company. I said the next day I wanted to leave. I was told I could have all of my money back then she changed her mind and said I would have to pay the first months rent. I was shouted at as my boyfriend had parked his car in the space and they said it was for a small car only, it did not say this in the contract. We went to speak to the manager and were screamed at by the lettings manager, a very unprofessional agent and they did not take into account the fact that I was a single woman whom would have been scared to live in the property.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Been polite and to make sure details such as size of car was written into the contract
