I had been looking for my first house for about a year and all estate agents I had been in contact with were very professional and helpful apart from ASM RESIDENTIAL. My partner and I found our dream home that was on the market with ASM. The estate agent was rude and VERY unprofessional. I was doing everything my end to complete the sale in good time, but was told by the estate agent daily to 'hurry up and just get on with it!' And also that he wasn't impressed with me or our chosen solicitors. I found that very unprofessional! When we wanted a quick second viewing of the house we were buying the estate agent acted like it was a big inconvience and right at the end of the sale I recieved threatening emails saying the sellers were going to pull out right at the last minute because we were causing them stress, when I knew full well they weren't. I would definitely not recommend!

This agency treated me extremely badly. On the first night in my property a neighbour screamed and shouted at me, my boyfriend and my mum.
