I am sorry you feel this way and I would like to know what 'side ventures' you are alluding too, as I do not have any side ventures that I promote, so i am bit perturbed at this accusation? If you feel aggrieved there are systems in place whereby you can raise these and i would be happy to meet with you and hear what your grievances are? It is not us that keep deposits, all monies are paid directly to landlord and deposits or part of deposits are only retained where there is a genuine reason to do so and in accordance with the terms of the tenancy agreement. It is just a pity you could not talk to us face to face instead of hiding behind an assumed name. I can honestly say that we have only had a few exceptions whereby the deposits or part therefore have had to be retained by the landlord and i also do not know what you mean by forcing tenants out of their lease? I can only count on 1 hand the number of times since 2010 i have had to issue a notice to quit to any tenants and in these circumstance,s there has been a valid legal reason, in accordance with the tenancy agreement and it would either have been due to non payment of rent, anti-social behaviour or damage to landlord property.
