Avoid Avoid Avoid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Charge for stuff that they cannot provide invoices for. They have been the worse management company, extremely incompetent, inefficient, and failed to repaired anything correctly. Most important their accounting records are always wrong. They will sell something cheap, but you will be left with a massive bill once you leave them for areas they failed to maintain. Where to begin about this company. My advice is DO NOT use them for Block Management. They abuse their position and attempt to make everything seem very cheap, when in fact they do not notify the shareholders of any repairs that is needed. They failed to notify shareholders in relation to major health and safety concerns in respect of the fire alarm system. They arranged to have the telephone line in lift disconnected and failed to notify shareholders of health and safety concerns with the lift which they were aware of and did not pass on to shareholders due to costs of repairs. There accounting procedures are awful. They did not allow for any contingency fund whatsoever!! They have not provided invoices for works that they say has been undertaken. They have not returned a response to three emails and 2 text messages. They took a phone by surprise and couldn't get off the phone quick enough. In the process of getting the police involved due to abuse of process and what appears fraudulent activity on the company accounts from when this company managed the accounts. I have asked for invoices and they have failed to provided them. Disappointing to have use this as forum, however, Trevor has failed to response to any of my emails using the excuse he hasn't got them.
