I asked them to sell my property and i needed to sell in a hurry, out of work due to ill health. I originally agreed to a 3 month contract, had one customer in that period and needed to speed things up, i approached Caroline and explained i needed to get more agents involved or lose the house and nobody would get paid. She pointed out the contract but agreed with me, anyway i asked that they sort out a new picture of the house because it was crinkly, looked like a copy of another picture. No reply, i also told Caroline that i would give her a hundred pounds in her hand if she sold the property. Well i finally managed to sell the house much later in the year through Romans estate agents. Moved to Stoke a long way from my family but needed to survive on the funds that were left. Fast forward to the 28th of march i received a call and now a letter from a debt collection agency asking for over £2000 for a house sale they not only didn't have anything to do with i had about 3 views from them in about 9 months. Please be careful dealing with these low life people.
