Rude, Defensive, Obnoxious, Childish, No idea of basic customer services, bordering on Nasty. I am amazed that people like Steve Clemo actually exist apart from in sitcoms. Not just the worst estate agent I have every dealt with but the worse person I have ever done business with, a complete idiot. They have a cheap selling fee, BUT they are cheap for a reason!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid.

I asked them to sell my property and i needed to sell in a hurry, out of work due to ill health. I originally agreed to a 3 month contract, had one customer in that period and needed to speed things up, i approached Caroline and explained i needed to get more agents involved or lose the house... Abusive and insulting. Requested information received email implying I was blind. Quotes from later emails in reply to my complaint: You shouldn't be so touchy. I owe you one. Grow up, get a life, get over your low self-esteem and/or go to Specsavers before you view properties on-line... Read Full Review
