I was so shocked about the valuation of my house, which was surely below the real market value and an insult to me even to have to consider selling at such a low price. There is a certain amount of trust involved when getting a valuation from an estate agent and then to get told such a ridiculous price is absolutely shocking and it was a waist of time showing her around my house. Afterwards I told friends and family about the price this agenda thought my house was worth and I had 6 serious offers straight away. They were papered to pay that price on the spot as it was so low, a joke in fact, and people would have been queuing up to buy my house for that price. Overall really disgusting and unprofessional !!!
